My name is Joe, (DJ Joe Palazzolo). I am more of a bedroom dj, however I hope that I can eventually make my way into clubs once I get out of college. I like to mix mostly house music (Benny Benassi, Fedde le Grande, Utah Saints, etc.) as well as top 40 stuff. I use mp3s via virtual dj and a hercules mp3 control midi controller. It looks like a toy and is extremely lowcost, but as a beginner, it does what i want it to do and I don't see myself getting rid of it anytime soon (however I have tossed up making a new enclosure for it that is a bit more spacious, professional looking, and has arcade buttons to replace the cue and play buttons). U fell upon this site and it seems like I will be visiting quite a bit in the future. Thanks for the support out there and I hope that I might be able to help along the way as well.
